Stefania Mariani, founder and currently ceo of Salotto di Brera Duty Free, has always worked in the fashion industry. Mrs Mariani started as reputable fashion stylist but in 1998 she decided to found “Salotto di Brera International Group” which was specialized in the distribution and creation of the most important “meeting place” of fashion. or many years “Salotto” has been the reference point for the most important fashion and diplomatic managers around the world. Subsequently, in 2008 Salotto di Brera became an important distributor and buying office operating in the travel retail and duty free market.
Thanks to Mrs Mariani’s experience, her customers/suppliers and her international network she has reached the peak level in this sector, increasing Italian brands’ awareness around the world.
Nowadays she is a highly regarded fashion connoisseur, working in the high fashion industry for almost two decades. She has a great experience in both retail and wholesale sectors, specializing in the luxury market and duty free industry.
Furthermore she is an expert in seeking out and purchasing fashion goods from the most prestigious fashion luxury brands around the world, as well as in acquiring exclusive collections for duty free travel retail.
